Imanaka Asato is the premier law firm in the timeshare field in Hawaii, having represented numerous clients in the development of timeshare projects throughout the State for 33 years. Mitchell Imanaka, founding principal of the firm, has served as a timeshare consultant to the State of Hawaii beginning in 1983, and has extensive experience in representing timeshare developers, financiers and sales and management companies in Hawaii. A frequent speaker at seminars and symposiums, he has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Hawaii William S.
