King Cunningham is well versed on the intricacies of timeshare development, homeowner association creation, condominium formation documentation and zoning law. The firm’s attorneys have provided counsel to landowners in the creation of numerous subdivisions, Planned Unit Development zoning districts, ordinance text amendments, variances, alley and street relocations, and other zoning and permitting petitions in Horry County, Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach.
