Vacation Ownership, Inc., one of the largest branded timeshare developers. Prior to that, Mr.

individual timeshare owners. The firm assists its developer clients in closing and
recording their transactions with timeshare purchasers. This service can include preparing and
reviewing the transaction documents, recording the documents and certifying title as needed for
title insurance. The firm's attorneys also often represent developers in acquisition, development, construction, and creating the timeshare regime.
The firm also maintains an active default litigation practice, handling foreclosures for developers, lenders and associations in Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Florida.
The firm represents individual timeshare owners in the transfer of their interval as a gift or as a sale.
